The product quality guarantee is a primary goal in any development or production process. For this reason and being in line with the market demands, Italbronze is equipped with state of art technology for inspections and physics, chemical and metallurgical analysis in its respective laboratories: Mechanical analysis: essential for the development and production processes, in these laboratories the physical characteristics are evaluated in order to assure that the mechanical properties are completely met; Metallurgical analysis: the purpose of this analysis is to observe the macro and micro structures that compose the different alloys and heat treatments, providing technical and scientific information to Italbronze products development; Chemical analysis: responsible for the chemical composition control of all raw material and alloys processed by Italbronze, verifying its elements, as well as eventual contaminants that may compromise its application; Dimensional control: the purpose is to guarantee the complex dimensional characteristics, geometric tolerances and calibration of the measuring equipments; Special measuring: the purpose is to execute the large pieces measuring, through the dilatation stabilization and thermal shrinkage, those analysis are performed in a climatized laboratory, equipped with a tri-dimensional CNC (with a motor-driven head and thermal compensation).
